The outstanding academic program was complemented by unforgettable personal experience, new friendships, cultural exchange and a lot of ELSA Spirit.
During their stay in Vienna, the participants have visited a cuple of Vienna landmarks, i.e. the St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Austrian Parliament, the Wiener Prater – oldest amusement park in the world – and the United Nations Office at Vienna International Centre. A highlight was further the picnic at the gardens of SchÃ¶nbrunn – former summer residence of Austrian rulers – and the crazyÂ scavenger hunt across the whole city.
During the ELSA-Alumni-Evening a panel discussion on âStudent Organizations as a Career Asset?â took place at the Hofburg – theÂ imperialÂ palace where the Habsburg rulers lived, loved and married into empires. The panel was comprised by the heads of human resourceÂ departmentsÂ ofÂ theÂ largest AustrianÂ lawÂ firm,Â theÂ AustrianÂ Post,Â the world’s largestÂ professionalÂ servicesÂ firm and two VienneseÂ attorneys.
Last but not least, the 1st ELSA Law School on Dispute Resolution ended with an unforgettable Graduation Ceremony Cocktail at the office of our main partner – Willheim MÃ¼ller.
InÂ other words,Â the participants started the dayÂ withÂ lectures and workshops held by leadingÂ expertsÂ known throughout Europe and spentÂ theÂ rest of the day visiting world-famousÂ VienneseÂ attractionsÂ and enjoying the greatÂ nightlifeÂ ofÂ Vienna.
